A Snapshot of My Day

loving: The Tudors on Amazon Streaming Video…

reading: My Google Reader and catching up with my bloggy friends.  Someday I’ll feel caught up again…someday.

waiting for: Energy.  I am really hoping that the nesting energy of the second trimester kicks in soon.

excited about: So much to be excited for!  Dr appt on Monday, meeting new friends on Sunday, planning the neighborhood picnic, and finishing the basement (yeah, remember that project?)

missing:  My mommy.

trying to: Stay focused.  So much to do with work before September and lots of trips in the next few weeks.  That and trying to stay cool.

enjoying: Iced Chai and Barefoot Contessa in the background.

using: True Blue Spa Shea Cashmere & Silk hand cream.  The ONLY lotion or smell that hasn’t made me sick this pregnancy.

wearing: Old Navy Maternity dress…yes, I gave in.  All elastic all the time these days!

planning: To check out the new Yoga studio this week.  Decent prices and excited to have the energy to work out again.

needing: Sleep – two nights in a row of “thunders” which means a scared little boy and exhausted parents.

learning: New video editing software.  LOVE learning something new.  Also excited to try out this new project for my basement office.

listening: Barefoot Contessa deliver fresh orange juice and granola to her “friends” who just happen to be working on editing a movie down the road from her.  She is so freaking popular and busy!

wishing: I could actually purchase things from the fall collections at Loft and Banana Republic and from the Coach

doing: Too much, but feeling like I’m not accomplishing anything.

praying for: My friend Sue who is once again going through cancer.  Stop on by and read about her journey….she is a new blogger and could really use some encouragement to keep sharing her journey.

dreaming of: FALL, Cool weather, using my oven again, and carbs.
