My Lil’ Wisconsin Cheese Curd

This summer in Wisconsin has been wonderful and I’m so happy that the weather has finally turned from hellish heat to cool and green once again.  We have been lucky enough to be able to stay home quite a bit more than we had in previous summers.  Above was from one of my favorite weekends….Cameron bellying up at the Bar with Daddy, a day at the Memorial Union, and finally a mommy/Cameron ride at the zoo.  We have also had some great visitors including my sister and her new fiance, my parents, my brother and his girlfriend, and our friends from Illinois.

I appreciate everyone who has tried to keep up with us as the blog posts have been few.  Know that I’m starting to feel better, we have been busy finishing up our basement project, and been outside making some great memories in our last summer as a family of three.  Hope your summer has been going just as well!

Also, if you can, take some time to say a little prayer, send some karma, or just mediate on my friends who are spending the last few moments with their son who is fighting is final battle with neuroblastoma.  Here is more of his story.
